Celery juice has become a staple in our healthy morning routine ☀️

It is full of vitamins, aids in digestion and detoxification, increases energy levels, and is great for keeping the skin clear and hydrated.

The recipe is simple. Take one bunch of celery, cut off the ends and place it in your juicer. If you don’t have a juicer you may use a blender and nut milk bag to strain the juice. Consume 16oz on an empty stomach in the morning.
